About
Pilots' associations, working as one coalition
The Oneworld Cockpit Crew Coalition brings together pilot associations representing pilots at oneworld alliance carriers, so they can cooperate internationally on aviation safety and the future of the profession.
What the coalition is
A federation of pilot associations
The OCCC is made up of pilot associations and unions. Its members are the associations themselves, each of which represents pilots at its own airline or airlines.
International cooperation
Member associations from different countries meet, share information and benchmark practices so that pilots across the network can speak with a coordinated voice on safety and professional issues.
Independent of airline management
The coalition is a pilot-led body. It is not part of any airline's management and it is not the oneworld alliance itself. It does not speak for the alliance or its airlines.
A note on membership
An airline's membership of the oneworld alliance does not mean that the pilots or pilot association at that airline belong to the OCCC. Coalition membership is held by pilot associations, not airlines.
The current list of member associations is maintained on the Members page.
